    This Female Fitness Boot Camp is designed for women only and is tailored to transform your body in the shortest amount of time. By constantly mixing up our workouts and providing muscle confusion we will transform your body faster than you thought possible.

Female Fitness BootCamp is designed for women only and is tailored to transform your body in the shortest amount of time. By constantly mixing up our workouts and providing muscle confusion we will transform your body faster than you thought possible. Female Fitness BootCamp is a 6 week group-based exercise designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape. A variety of calisthenics, resistance training and cardiovascular exercises melts fat off your body and strengthens muscles. We use group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health *Modifiers are provided for those that are unable to perform certain workouts due to inabilities*

WHAT TO EXPECT

Peer Motivation

Participants work out in the company of their peers, burning away fat and strengthening muscles and cardiovascular capacity together.

Individualized Training

Although participants exercise together, individuals work at their own level of difficulty and set their own goals.

Total Body Exercise

Exercises include calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, cardio exercise, and a variety of other exercises. Participants get new challenges in every session.

Total Health Program

Nutritional training and health education.

What if I am unable to do certain exercises?

Not to worry, for those unable to do certain exercises we provide modifications, trust when I tell you, you are in good hands.

What do I need to bring to BootCamp?

The only thing needed in the class is a set of workout gloves for handling equipment and flipping tires.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks. You may also pay at the time of event. But please reserve your seat by contacting us directly.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund.
